Scouts BSA

  • The members exhibiting must have been registered as a Girl Scout when the project was completed. Although the Association does exercise as much care as possible, we assume no responsibility for loss or damage, and exhibits are entered at the member’s risk. Any exhibits left after the pick up date and time will be disposed of unless previous accommodations have been made.
  • Judges look for creativity, quality, skill, and age level.
  • We retain the right to move items to the most appropriate classes.
  • Due to limited space, we may not have enough room for larger items. Contact Superintendent prior to registering for any items larger than a display board.
  • Classes are as follows:
    • Lion/Tiger – Grades K-1
    • Wolf/Bear – Grades 2-3
    • Webelos Scout – Grades 4-5
    • Scouts BSA/Venturer
    • Adult
  • Adults receive no premiums.

Divisions

Paintings, drawings and sculpted items. All paintings and drawings must be at least 5″x 7″, matted, framed, or on art canvas. No glass, please. Drawings submitted that do not follow the above criteria, will be for display only, space permitting.

Boy Scouts who have Derby cars should enter them under Wood Crafts.
