Girl Scouts

  • The members exhibiting must have been registered as a Girl Scout when the project was completed. Although the Association does exercise as much care as possible, we assume no responsibility for loss or damage, and exhibits are entered at the member’s risk. Any exhibits left after the pick-up date and time will be disposed of unless previous accommodations have been made.
  • Judges look for creativity, quality, skill, and age level.
  • We retain the right to move items to the most appropriate classes.

Divisions

This includes painting and drawing. They must be at least 8″x10″ and no larger than 20″x24″. They must be matted or framed. No glass, please. Limit five pieces.

Any vegetable or plants can come in as long as planted and tended to by scouts themselves. This class also includes canning; jars must be packed full and cleaned after processing. No rusty lids or rings. Canning may be entered as a single jar or a collection of 3, 5, 9, or 12 jars, or a basket decorated for St. Patrick’s Day. Container gardens are great for this division.
