Online Entry Forms are due by September 9th

• All handiwork must have been completed by the exhibitor since the previous fair. Individuals may enter more than one item per class but will be judged on only one. Premiums are subject to change without notice.
• Standards of judging arts and crafts will be based on general appearance, beauty of design, workmanship, and usefulness of articles. Judges’ decisions are final.
• Reasonable care will be taken with the articles on exhibition. The Association is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
• Except for items sold, articles removed from the display area prior to closing will forfeit any earned premium.
• The following definitions will be used:
  • Professional – One who teaches, accepts commissions and sells.
  • Amateur – One who participates as a hobby, has never given lessons, and sells occasionally.
  • Senior – Person aged 65 and over.
  • Junior – Between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age.
  • Children – Under 12 years of age.
• To ensure fairness to all exhibitors, there will be a limit of one special award per entry:
  • Francis Garland Memorial Award
  • Judges Choice Award
  • Woodworking Award
  • DNA Printer’s Surprise Award for Best Fall Article
  • Joel Sherburne Ambassador Award
  • Flora Sherburne Award
  • The Great Pumpkin Award – pumpkins awarded to all children who enter items
